Wuzhimaotao soup
Introduction:
"The main tool is the rice cooker."
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the peach in salt water for half an hour or more.
Step 2: add pork (chunks can be heated with hot water for a while, slices can be slightly scalded with hot water), dates, ginger, and add appropriate water. Here I put three bowls full of water (for two people).
Step 3: according to the function of the rice cooker, I cook it quickly, wait for the soup to boil, and then switch to the "2-hour soup" function.
Step 4: about 2 hours, the soup will be ready. Usually. I started drinking before two hours.
Materials required:
Lean meat: moderate
Five finger peach: moderate or small amount
Ginger: how many
Jujube: how many
Salt: a little
Note: don't use the saltwater soaked with five finger peach; when you cook, put 3 bowls of full water. After more than 2 hours, you can only have 2 bowls of soup left. Two people drink it just right. Because the soup materials are put at will, you can't tell us the definite gram of the material. Don't put too many five finger peach and honey dates. Ginger is optional. According to your personal preference, you can choose No; the pork is watered to make the floating things less (because of the time, the pork is not watered this time). I didn't put salt in the soup. I think it's OK not to put salt.
