Jujube red bean paste
Introduction:
"When I make red bean paste, I like to add some red dates in it. I think the red bean paste made in this way tastes more sweet and delicious than the simple red bean paste. I don't think it's convenient to cook beans three times in advance, but I don't think it's the best way to save energy
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients you need.
Step 2: select the bad beans in the red beans and wash them thoroughly. Add enough water at one time, cover and boil over low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3: This is the first time.
Step 4: after 20 minutes, add the red jujube which is washed and removed the jujube stone, then boil it over medium low heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 5: This is the second time.
Step 6: after 20 minutes, turn on the medium heat for 15 minutes for the third time, and then turn off the heat to simmer for 20 minutes. By this time, the beans have been cooked rotten.
Step 7: add a little water to the cooked red beans and beat them into fine mud with a cooking machine. Don't add too much water, just turn the cooking machine. (if you don't have a cooking machine, you can put it directly into the pan and stir fry it while pressing it into mud with a spoon.)
Step 8: put the red bean puree into a pan and stir fry over low heat.
Step 9: stir fry until the water is slightly dry, add appropriate amount of sugar and continue to stir fry.
Step 10: continue to fry until the water is dry and the bean paste can form a ball. Pay attention not to fry too dry, bean paste in the process of cooling water also volatile off some.
Materials required:
Red beans: 245g
Jujube: 110g

Note: my family does not like to eat too sweet, too oily food, and jujube has sweet taste, so the amount of sugar here is just put according to my taste. In addition, I did not put oil into the fried bean paste, which made me feel healthier. The red bean paste is packed in a fresh-keeping box and stored in the refrigerator. Because it does not contain preservatives, it is best to eat it within a week.
