Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all kinds of materials;
Step 2: without sugar powder, take the granulated sugar and use the cooking machine to make sugar powder;
Step 3: biscuit making: soften butter, add 60g sugar powder, stir it with the egg beater's egg beater, and let the sugar powder and butter mix together, so that the sugar powder will not fly everywhere in the process of stirring. The electric egg beater starts to beat at low speed first, and then stirs at medium speed after the sugar powder and butter are mixed, until the volume becomes larger and the color turns white (this process takes about 2-3 minutes);
Step 4: break up the eggs, reserve 14g protein, and stir the rest evenly;
Step 5: add the egg liquid in three times, and stir until the egg liquid is completely mixed with the butter (do not add the egg liquid at one time, so as not to cause oil-water separation accidentally), until the egg liquid is smooth and completely mixed with the butter;
Step 6: sift in the low gluten flour at one time, stir it with a scraper, or grasp and knead it into a ball by hand;
Step 7: you can put it on the chopping board again and knead the dough several times within 10 times. Wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. I will put it on the balcony and freeze for 10 minutes;
Step 8: take out the cold formed biscuit dough, put a piece of oil paper on the chopping board, put the dough on the oil paper, and cover it with a layer of preservative film;
Step 9: rolling into about 3mm-5mm thick;
Step 10: make the dough into various patterns you like. If you don't have any ready-made tools, you can try to cut the patterns out of the food packaging box;
Step 11: put the prepared biscuit dough directly into the baking pan with oil paper;
Step 12: preheat the oven 180 degrees in advance for 10 minutes, put the baking tray into the oven, heat up and down, middle 180 degrees for 8-12 minutes (or see that the biscuits have been colored);
Step 13: baked cookies.
Step 14: chocolate decoration: white chocolate flowers in water;
Step 15: put it into the flower mounting bag and decorate the biscuit according to your imagination.
Step 16: Frosting: put the protein into an oil-free and waterless container, add a few drops of lemon juice (or white vinegar), and beat until thick. Sift the sugar powder into the protein three times, and stir the sugar powder and protein evenly with the egg beater each time;
Step 17: divide the prepared protein cream into four parts, leave one part white, and add the other three kinds of pigment respectively to make your favorite color;
Step 18: I use green tea to make green, egg yolk to make yellow, cherry juice to make pink, but the color is not gorgeous, barely able to use. Put them into the decoration bag respectively;
Step 19: draw your favorite patterns;
Step 20: draw without hesitation.

Note: 1. Self made mold, first use toothpick to draw graphics, and then quickly go out of the design. 2. The base protein cream should be thinner and softer, and the dripping lines can be smoothed in more than ten seconds. 3.
