"Nowadays, chenggehai in Guangxi is handed down by the third sister." Zhuang people believe that "Song fair" was formed by Liu Sanjie's singing, and Liu Sanjie is an important symbol of the formation of song fair. Song fair's song is Liu Sanjie's song. Liu Sanjie is regarded as a "singing immortal" by Guangxi folk. Yizhou city is the most representative area of Liu Sanjie's ballads and is recognized as her hometown.

Liu Sanjie's ballads are generally divided into seven categories: Life songs, production songs, love songs, ritual songs, riddle songs, story songs and creation ancient songs. It has the poetic characteristics of song endorsement and distinct nationality. It has a relatively complete inheritance, rich and diverse types of ballads and is widely spread. Liu Sanjie's ballads have a far-reaching impact on the whole country and even the world, showing the charm of the traditional Chinese folk art and living culture. It has not only the research value of cultural history, but also the research value of ethnology, anthropology, sociology and aesthetics.

However, with the disappearance of the social basis of Zhuang Traditional "relying on songs for matching", as well as the impact of strong culture and new forms of entertainment, Liu Sanjie's ballads are in danger of being lost and need to be protected as soon as possible.
