A brief introduction of Yi People's Haicai tune
Applicant: Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province
Haicai tune of Yi nationality is a well-known folk song of Yi nationality in Yunnan Province. It is also called Dapan oar and daopai oar, commonly known as Shiping tune. It is mainly spread in the village of Yi nisu people in Shiping County, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. ShiPing Yi People's Haicai tune belongs to the folk song of Haicai tune variation, which is called "four Tunes" together with shayou tune, Siqiang tune and Wushan tune.
Haicaiqiang has a long history of singing, which is deeply influenced by the Han culture brought by the Han immigrants in Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are many records and poems about haicaiqiang singing in local chronicles since Qing Dynasty. A complete haicaiqiang tune is usually composed of three parts, i.e. Juqiang, konqiang, zhengqiqiang and vernacular tune. It is a large-scale vocal suite composed of multiple passages and integrates solo, duet, lead, chorus, etc. The representative repertoire of haicaiqiang includes "brother sings Xiaoqu, sister comes to learn", "Shiping olive food" and so on. As a traditional art form produced in a specific environment, haicaiqiang has a high degree of adaptability and a wide range of mass in a specific ecological, social and cultural environment. It is of great value in the study of Yi People's development history, cultural history, moral values, artistic thinking mode and the integration of Yi and Han cultures. It is of great significance to systematically explore, rescue and study the unique folk songs of ethnic minorities represented by haicaiqiang, so as to enrich and improve the research of Chinese traditional music system and music history.
With the disappearance of the male and female communication custom "eat fire grass smoke" and the introduction of other forms of cultural entertainment, the singing of Haicai tune has gradually declined. Now there are few "master Qu Zi" and "boss Qu Zi" (both honorific names for famous singers) who can sing a complete set of Haicai tune, and there are few fans of Haicai tune among the younger generation, so their inheritance is limited Facing a serious crisis, it is urgent to protect.
