Brief introduction of Mongolian Medicine (blood failure therapy)
Applicant: Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Liaoning Province
With a long history, Mongolian medicine is one of the birthplaces of Mongolian medicine. In 1702, menbazhakang (the school of medical economics for training Mongolian medical talents) was established in lejin Ruiying temple, Mongolia, which played an important role in promoting Mongolian medicine. Xingbulid, the inheritor of modern Mongolian medicine, has obtained gratifying curative effect in the treatment of blood failure by using traditional Mongolian medicine. With the care and support of leaders at all levels, Liaoning Fuxin Institute of Mongolian medicine organized Mongolian medicine experts to seriously summarize and devote themselves to research, and formulated the research topic of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of blood failure, so as to further improve the treatment of blood failure of Mongolian medicine.
Blood failure is due to insufficient natural endowments, improper nurture, such as excessive eating disorders, resulting in stomach fire disorders, affecting the spleen, stomach and liver function, and the essence of dregs decomposition or external dampness, plague invades the body and blood, seven metabolic dysfunction - blood production blocked, equivalent to western medicine aplastic anemia.
Mongolian doctors believe that human life activities are the three inherent parts of the body (Chy, Sheila, and Bada). Seven elements (diet essence, blood, meat, fat, bone, marrow, semen) and three dirty (stool, urine and sweat) are kept in coordination. Under normal circumstances, the three roots are interdependent and restrict each other. They are in a relatively balanced state and dominate the movement changes of the seven elements and the three pollutants. Therefore, the human body functions normally. If any one of the three roots appears to be on the rise and decline, resulting in imbalance, it is bound to cause abnormal changes, affect the decomposition of the seven elements and three pollutants, and lead to the occurrence of diseases. Therefore, the function of three roots is not only expressed in normal physiological activities, but also in pathological changes.
Seven elements are the seven basic substances that constitute the human body and maintain life activities. The essence of diet in seven elements is the most important, because the other six are transformed from it. After eating the human body, after eating the body, the food is decomposed into the stomach, and then the food is decomposed by digestion. Sheila decomposes the finished food into the essence and the dross. The essence of the food is imported from the gastrointestinal tract to the liver, and the color changes in the liver. The role of Sheila gradually becomes mature and becomes blood.
Clinically, blood failure can be divided into toxic heat type, sticky heat type and non elimination type. The main syndrome, treatment principle and prescription of blood failure were explored and standardized.
