Baiguantun Town, belonging to Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Fengrun District, adjacent to shigezhuang town in the East and Southeast, Fengdengwu town in the south, Yutian County in the west, Shaliuhe town in the north and qishuzhuang town in the northeast, with an administrative area of 66.05 square kilometers.
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to five districts of Fengrun County; in March 1985, it withdrew Township and set up baiguantun town; in April 1989, tianfuzhuang township was merged; in s 2002, it changed to Fengrun District of Tangshan City; in 2005, Yanzihe township was merged. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Bai Guan Tun Town was 45032. As of June 2020, baiguantun town has jurisdiction over 45 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in baiguantun village.

History of construction
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to five districts of Fengrun county.
In 1958, it was the baiguantun administrative area of baiguantun people's commune; in the same year, it was assigned to Yutian County.
In 1961, baiguantun people's commune was established and returned to Fengrun county.
In May 1984, the people's commune was abolished and baiguantun township was established.
In March 1985, the township was withdrawn and baiguantun town was established.
In April 1989, tianfuzhuang township was incorporated.
In s 2002, it was transferred to Fengrun District of Tangshan city.
In 2005, Yanzihe township was incorporated into the city.
