Huoshiying Town, belonging to Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Fengrun District, bordering Qianxi County in the East and North, Wangguanying town in the south, Zuojiawu town in the southwest, and Zunhua City in the west, with an administrative area of 131.8 square kilometers.
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to eight districts of Fengrun County; in 1988, it was removed from township and changed to huoshiying town; in May 2002, it was changed to Fengrun District of Tangshan City; in April 2005, Yankou Township and dusky Valley Township were merged. By the end of 2018, the population of Huai Shi Ying Town registered residence was 30108. As of June 2020, huoshiying town has jurisdiction over 38 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Huodong village.

History of construction
At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to eight districts of Fengrun county.
In 1958, it was the huoshiying management area of Wangguanying people's commune.
In 1961, huoshiying people's commune was established.
In May 1984, the people's commune was abolished and huoshiying township was established.
In 1988, the township was withdrawn and huoshiying town was established.
In May 2002, it was transferred to Fengrun District of Tangshan city.
