After the northern expedition, it was transferred to the township and was under the jurisdiction of the seventh district of Tongshan County, Jiangsu Province. Xuzhou was liberated in December 1948 - in March 1953, Sanbao district was under the jurisdiction of Tangzhang district and Beiwang district.
