Huaihai Food City is a key project of modern service industry special planning and construction in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province during the 11th Five Year Plan period. It is one of the first batch of 12 provincial key logistics bases recognized by the provincial economic and Trade Commission, and one of the top 10 logistics parks in Jiangsu Province.
Introduction to the park
Park Introduction: the park is located in the southeast of Xuzhou City, at the junction of new and old urban areas of Xuzhou City, close to the Third Ring East Road and national highway 104, and consists of five functional areas: storage and distribution area, freight distribution area, container distribution area, business center area and public service center area. Its administrative organization is Xuzhou Huaihai Food City Management Office, which is subordinate to Xuzhou Yunlong District government. The main body of its investment and operation is Xuzhou China Huaihai Food City Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is mainly responsible for the development, construction and operation of the park.
The construction of the park is based on "China Huaihai Food City", which covers an area of 3.6 square kilometers, including 1.2 square kilometers of built-up area and planned reserved land. With a total construction area of 772000 square meters, the built-up area is mainly composed of 13 markets such as Hanshi market, Tianlong market and Weiwei market, as well as exhibition center and catering culture village. Now, more than 100 enterprises such as Wahaha and Rundong automobile have settled in the park, and six logistics sectors such as food, building materials home, automobile and motorcycle, medicine, shoes and exhibition have initially formed, with an annual market turnover of 50 million yuan 100 million yuan. With the start-up and prosperity of various professional wholesale markets in the park, there is a strong demand for logistics. Coupled with the superior location and transportation advantages of the park, the development of logistics industry in the park has been greatly promoted. There are more than 260 logistics enterprises and distribution centers, more than 3200 logistics vehicles and more than 6800 logistics employees in the park. The annual transaction volume of the park reaches 6 billion yuan and the annual cargo throughput exceeds 6 million tons.
The park has invested in the development and construction of logistics information service platform, providing logistics resources, weather, relevant policies and regulations and other information, realizing information resource sharing, and hiring professional and technical personnel to develop and maintain the website.
The park has industrial and commercial, tax, public security, fire protection, telecommunications, postal, banking, logistics information center and investment services and other service institutions to provide high-quality and thoughtful logistics value-added services for customers at home and abroad entering the logistics park.
