Xushe town belongs to Yixing City, Wuxi City. It is said that it was named after the descendants of Xu Da, marshal of the founding of the Ming Dynasty, who moved here to build a house. Historical evolution

Xu she is close to Laixi, so it is also called Laixi, commonly known as dujiadang. In the middle of Ming Dynasty, a rich family named Xu moved to dujiadang in Changgangling to avoid banditry. They surrounded the polder and cultivated the land to breed their offspring. At that time, there was a Huang clan living in the east of dujiadang, and the village was named "Huang she". The Xu clan living in dujiadang followed suit and called dujiadang "Xu she".

After more than 600 years of development, Xushe has become the central market town of dozens of miles around.
