Wali Town, belonging to Kaiping District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Kaiping District, bordering xijiatao Township in the East, Kaiping town in the South and West, and Shuangqiao town in the north, with an administrative area of 32 square kilometers.
In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), it belonged to the Tenth District of Luanxian County; in July 2007, it withdrew the township and established Wali town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 20882. As of June 2020, Wali town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Zhouqiao village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Wali town was 47.68 million yuan, an increase of 62.79% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 10.67 million yuan. 27.95 million yuan of local taxes and 19.73 million yuan of national taxes were completed. History of construction
In 1937, it was the Tenth District of Luanxian county.
In 1948, the East, West and North belonged to the Sixth District of Luan county, and the South belonged to the eighth District of Fengnan county.
In 1952, it belonged to the Ninth District of Tangshan city.
In 1956, it was in the suburb of Tangshan city.
In 1958, Wali people's commune was established.
In 1960, it was incorporated into Zhaogezhuang people's commune.

In 1984, Wali township was established.
