Kaikukang Township
Kaikukang Township, belonging to Tahe County in Daxing'anling region of Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north of Tahe county and on the right bank of the upper reaches of Heilongjiang Province, commonly known as "shangsan township". In the East and Southeast, it is adjacent to yixiken Township by xiaoxiergenqi River and xiaoalamuge River; in the southwest and West, it is connected to walagan and Pangu towns by heiluo highway; in the northwest, it is adjacent to Xing'an town of Mohe County; in the north, it is adjacent to Russia by Heilongjiang. From the mouth of the chenicon River to the island of Ankara, there is a national boundary of 108 kilometers. In 2018, the area was 1608.66 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 1281.

In the 18th year of the Republic of China (April 1929), it was assigned to Oupu county. In 1932, it belonged to Mohe County. In 1943, kaikukang village was established, belonging to Oupu county. In April 1956, kaikukang township was established. In September 1958, it was incorporated into ermur commune. In 1961, kaikukang commune was established, belonging to huma county. In August 1981, it was assigned to Tahe county. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.
In October 2019, kaikukang township has two administrative villages, kaikukang village and Malun village.

Kaikukang township is located on the right bank of the upper reaches of Heilongjiang Province, with many low mountains and hills. There are small plains along the river, with high terrain in the West and low terrain in the East. The great xiergenqi River, Pangu River and XIDAGOU river run from west to east from the south, North and middle of the rural area respectively, cutting the whole area into four large blocks with approximately uniform area. There are 11 main peaks, such as pingdingling and Wangsu mountain, with the highest point at 672.4 highland and the lowest point at 220.5 bench mark on the Heilongjiang side about 1.5 km northwest of xiataozi island of Shuanghe station.
