Historical evolution
Hanjiayuan, where the bureau is located, is the abbreviation of "hanjiacaiyuanzi". The place name originated from a Han family who settled on the Bank of the wolegen river when the gold rush occurred in the humar River Valley in the late Qing Dynasty. They made a living by planting vegetables for gold miners. The mammoth remains unearthed in the vicinity of the site prove that the biological chain in shiye area has been formed for a long time. The unearthed cultural relics further prove that the human civilization in shiye district has a long history. During the northern and Southern Dynasties, it was the place where the Shiwei people lived. The Shiwei people, the descendants of Xianbei people, engaged in primitive natural fishing and hunting life in the mountains and rivers. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the central government set up the Shiwei Dudu Fu in Daxing'anling. Today, shiye district is the fishing and hunting area of shenmodan tribe. During the Liao and Jin Dynasties, shiye district was subordinate to Hebei road of Liao Dynasty and Puyu road of Tokyo road of Jin Dynasty. After the establishment of the Mongol Yuan Empire, the shiye district was successively the younger brother of Genghis Khan and the hereditary fiefdom of the king of Liao. After the establishment of Liaoyang Province in the Yuan Dynasty, the shiye district was under the jurisdiction of Liaoyang road. Since then, today's shiye district and other administrative regions in the Great Xing'an Mountains have been subject to the dual control of the administrative region and the hereditary fiefdom (territory). During the Ming Dynasty, the shiye area was a farming, animal husbandry, fishing and hunting area shared by Daur, Ewenki and Oroqen nationalities, which was under the jurisdiction of nurgan Dusi Wulu Suwei. At the end of Ming Dynasty, shiye district was dominated by the Daur nationality. At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, shiye district was under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang general juanhui deputy Dutong. At the same time, it was also the fishing and hunting area of Kumar road in Oroqen, forming a special political situation of localized and humanized management. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, after the discovery of gold resources in the humar River Basin and its tributaries, such as wolegen River, chuona River and gulonggan River, there was a gold rush, and Hanjiayuan became famous. During the period of the Republic of China, after the establishment of humar County, shiye district is one of the important administrative districts of humar county.
After the founding of new China, in 1950, huma county organized the Oroqen armed forest protection team to protect the forest resources in shiye district. In 1956, Heihe Forest Management Bureau set up more than ten forest management offices in the present construction area, such as Hanjiayuan, gulonggan, sanfenchu, Laoka, Xinglong and xinjieji, to cultivate and protect the forest resources in the present construction area.
Since 1954, the Ministry of forestry has investigated the resources in the existing construction area of Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau, formulated the development plan in 1958, planned to build kulens and Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau, and planned the Tahan branch line, one of the four branches of nenlin railway. After 1960s, Daxing'anling forestry administration carried out comprehensive planning and rational distribution of forest resources, and put forward the development plan of Hanjiayuan forestry administration in 1974. In 1982, the Planning Institute of the Ministry of forestry re studied the development of Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau and the determination of its site, and agreed with the Ministry of Railways on the site of Hanjiayuan station. Since 1983, Heilongjiang Provincial Forestry Design Institute has carried out feasibility study and overall design for Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau. In August 1987, Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau proposed by State Planning Commission and Ministry of forestry merged with Shibazhan Forestry Bureau.
After the "May 6th" forest fire in 1987, the recoverable forest resources in Daxing'anling Forest area decreased sharply. On January 22, 1988, the Ministry of forestry decided to establish the gulonggan forest management company of Daxinganling Forestry Company in gulonggan forest farm of kuluns Forestry Bureau, which is responsible for resource protection and reserve resource cultivation in the construction area. In 1990, based on the scale of gulonggan forest management company, the forest resources investigation data of Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau, the railway to Hanjiayuan Forestry Bureau has been completed, the highway has been opened to traffic, and the development conditions and opportunity are ripe, the eastern region was adjusted, and the kulens Forestry Bureau was established on the basis of the original gulonggan forest management company.
