Baixiang Town, belonging to hailun City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of hailun city. It borders Lianfa town and Gonghe town in the East, Lunhe town and Fengshan Town in the south, Tongken River in the West and Lianfa town and Gonghe town in the north. The town government is located in Baixin village. The area is 136.16 square kilometers (2018).

Historical evolution
In 1902, Wu Baixiang came here to open up wasteland and build a village, so it is called Baixiang village.

In 1946, Baixiang district was established.

Baixiang town is located in the southwest of hailun city and on the left bank of Tongken river. It borders Lianfa town and Gonghe town in the East, Lunhe town and Fengshan Town in the south, Tongken River in the West and Lianfa town and Gonghe town in the north. Baixiang town is located in the low hills and plains of Tongken River and hailun river. The terrain is in the narrow Yangtze River Delta. The East is covered with rivers and hills, and the west is low-lying along the river. The highest peak is located in wangguoqingtun, Baixiang village, with an altitude of 182 meters; the lowest point is located in wangguoliangtun, Baisheng village, with an altitude of 107 meters.

There are Tongken River and hailun River in Baixiang Town, with a total length of 23 kilometers. The largest river is Tongken River, which flows through Baizhong village, Baisheng village and Baihe Village from northeast to southwest, with a length of 15 kilometers and a drainage area of 75 square kilometers. Hailun river passes through Baixiang village, Baiyi village and baizeng village, with a length of 17 kilometers and a drainage area of 45 square kilometers. There is also a medium-sized Lianfeng reservoir.
