Xiangfu Town, belonging to hailun City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of hailun City, bordering Leye Township in the East, Wulonggou in the south, Haixing town in the west, Qianjin town and Gonghe town in the north across hailun river. The town government is located in zhangjiadian village, Xiangfu village. The area is 142.8 square kilometers (2018).

In 1918, it was located in the third district of hailun county.

In 1938, Xiangfu village was established.

In 1945, Xiangfu district was established.

In 1950, it was renamed District 7.

In April 1956, Xiangfu township was established.

In November 1958, it merged with Leye Township into Xiangfu commune.

In 1961, Gongrong commune and Leye commune were established.

In 1984, Xiangfu commune was changed into Xiangfu township.

Xiangfu town is located in the transition area from Xiaoxing'an Mountains to Songnen Plain. The terrain is high in the South and low in the north. The north part is low-lying land along the river, the middle part is relatively flat, and the East and south part are covered with hills. Daji Xinggang, the highest peak in the territory, is located in Xiangfu village, 180 meters above sea level; dongwopengtun, the lowest point, is located in Beixing village, 98 meters above sea level.
