Changdezhen
Changde town is under the jurisdiction of Anda City, Heilongjiang Province. Changdezhen is located in the southwest of the city, which is wide in the South and narrow in the north. It is adjacent to Shengping town and Zhaozhou County of Daqing City in the East and North, and Datong District and Honggang District of Daqing City in the South and West. The people's government is stationed in Changde village. The administrative area of Changde town is 353.33 square kilometers. In late 2018, the population of registered residence in Changde town was 15789.
In 1906, yishunzhao town was located in the second district. In 1937, two villages, Changhe and Tongde, were established. In 1939, the two villages were merged into Changde village. In 1945, it was changed into the seventh district of Zhaozhou County, and the district government was stationed in Changde, with jurisdiction over Shengping and Changde towns. In 1949, it was set up separately with Shengping County, which was changed into the 12th district of Zhaozhou County, with jurisdiction over 7 villages. In 1956, Changde center, Yongxing, Shengli and Jianshe were established. In 1957, the four townships were merged into Changde township. In 1958, the township changed into a commune. In 1960, Changde commune was transferred from Zhaozhou county to Anda City. In 1965, anda special zone was set up, belonging to anda county. In April 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In March 1985, the township was transformed into a town. In October 2019, Changde town governs seven administrative villages.
