Jiu Sheng Town, belonging to Qing'an County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northwest of Qing County, east of the Harvest Village, adjacent to Qing'an Town, southwest and West, and Huai Sheng township. Northwest and Suihua City Beilin District are separated from the Hualong river. The north is separated from the rich Township and the hard-working town.
