Jiangshangxiang

Jiangshang township is a township under the jurisdiction of Yongxiu County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is adjacent to Yunju mountain in the South and Zhelin Lake in the West. The provincial highway Nanwu line (Nanchang to Wuning) passes through and connects with national highway 105. The township covers an area of 105 square kilometers, with 120000 mu of mountain forest and 120000 mu of cultivated land. In 2013, the population was 11000.

It has been proved that there are nearly 3.7 million cubic meters of marble and various kinds of granite. The varieties include agate red, sesame white, sesame black, xiaolihei, yunshanqing, feicui green, malachite green, etc., which can be mined for 100 years. There are also tin and gold deposits on the river, among which the grade of tin is high and can be mined for more than 15 years. The mountainous area on the river is rich in water resources. There are more than 20 places with a drop of more than 50 meters, which can be used for graded power generation, and can also be used as scenic spots to develop tourism.
