Yinlonghe farm, located in Wudalianchi City, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, is managed by Bei'an branch of Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation. Yinlonghe farm is located in the hilly area of the southern edge of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, with undulating terrain, crisscross rivers and waste ditches. The total land area is 844000 mu, including 296000 mu of cultivated land, 64000 mu of pastoral land and 74000 mu of woodland. Wheat and soybean are the main crops in agricultural production, with a total grain output of 29300 tons in 1992. Animal husbandry mainly raises cattle, horses, sheep and so on. Artificial afforestation is 45000 mu. There are grain and oil processing, machinery, wood processing plants, etc. At the end of 1992, the total population was 12000. It is located in the middle of Wudalianchi City, 70 kilometers away from the urban area of Wudalianchi city. Yinlonghe farm was built in 1955. It is named for its location near Yinlong river. It was originally a reform through labor farm under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department. Renlong town farm was merged in 1958, and Yinlonghe farm was rebuilt in 1963. In 1968, it was transferred to the jurisdiction of dedu county (the county was removed to build a city in 1996), and in 1972, it was under the management of the provincial state farm Administration Bureau, which was subordinate to the Heihe branch. In February 1976, it was put under the management of the Provincial General Administration of farms, under the administration of Bei'an farms. In 1984, it was under the administration of the reform through labor bureau of the Provincial Department of justice. In 1985, it was returned to the Provincial General Administration of state farms and still under the administration of Bei'an farms. Yinlonghe farm is located in Wudalianchi City, with the geographic coordinates of 126 degrees 34 minutes east longitude and 48 degrees 45 minutes north latitude. The annual rainfall of the farm is between 450 mm and 550 mm, the annual normal effective accumulated temperature is about 2100 degrees, and the frost free period is 105 days to 118 days.
