Operation status
Heli Forestry Bureau was developed in 1952, built the central forest farm in 1956, and expanded the Forestry Bureau in 1958. The annual average temperature is 1-2 ℃, the maximum temperature in July is about 35 ℃, the average temperature is 22 ℃, the minimum temperature in January is - 41 ℃, the average temperature is - 22 ℃, and the annual effective accumulated temperature is 2100 ℃ - 2400 ℃. The annual average precipitation is 570-640mm, and the precipitation from July to August accounts for half of the whole year. The frost free period is 100-115 days, and the frost period is from September 15 to May 30.
Soil vegetation
The representative soil in the forest area is brown forest soil in mountainous area. The soil types include zonal soil, dark brown soil, non zonal soil, meadow soil and swamp soil. The distribution law of the soil is affected by land type, terrain and vegetation. The typical dark brown soil is in the low mountains and hills with good drainage, and the thin layer of typical dark brown soil is in the middle. The mountain top and ridge are mostly mountainous original dark brown soil or eroded dark brown soil Swamp or swamp meadow soil is distributed in the low-lying water area of the bank. Meadow soil is distributed in riparian platform, mountain lowland and valley edge. There are three soil types, six sub types and six soil layers in this area. the vegetation in the forest area belongs to Changbai Mountain flora, and contains subtropical plant elements. With the increase of altitude, the plant community distribution is obvious, which can be divided into arbor forest zone, shrub zone, low shrub herb mixed community. There are herbaceous, liana, shrub and other hygrophytic flora belts in Goutang low-lying swamp, and moss lichen plots in some Alpine shady slopes.
Topography
The average altitude is only 200-500 meters, and the highest altitude is 864.8 meters.
