Tuoyaozi Town, belonging to Huanan County, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Huanan county and the West foot of Wanda. It is adjacent to the construction area of Huanan County Forestry Bureau in the East, Shitouhezi town in the south, Huanan town in the West and Xiahua forest farm of Huanan County Forestry Bureau in the north.
