Heishuihe Township
Heishuihe Township, belonging to Yuanshi County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the west of Yuanshi County, adjacent to nanzuo town in the East, Sucun Township in the southeast, Beizheng Township in the south, Cangyanshan town in Jingxing County in the West and Qianxian Township in the north, with an administrative area of 58.37 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, heishuihe Township belonged to Qifan society; in 1984, it was changed into heishuihe township; in 1996, kuangcun township was incorporated into the society. By the end of 2018, 14496 households registered residence in the township. As of June 2020, heishuihe township has 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is located in heishuihe village.
In 2011, the total revenue of heishuihe township was 3.88 million yuan, an increase of 15.8% over the previous year, including 930000 yuan of local tax and 2950000 yuan of national tax. In 2018, there were 11 industrial enterprises and 32 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in heishuihe township.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, heishuihe belonged to Qifan society.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to four districts of Yuanshi County.
In 1937, it belonged to the western district.
In the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), it belonged to the second district and was stationed in Xianweng village.
In 1953, it belonged to four districts and set up heishuihe township.
In 1958, the two counties of Yuanshi and Gaoyi were merged into Gaoyuan County, belonging to Gaoyuan County; in December of the same year, Zanhuang county was merged into Gaoyuan county and renamed Yuanshi County, belonging to nanzuo commune of Yuanshi County.
In 1962, heishuihe commune was founded. In the same year, Yuanshi County, Gaoyi County and Zanhuang county were separated and still belonged to Yuanshi County.
In 1984, it was changed to heishuihe township.
In 1996, kuangcun was incorporated into the city.

The Township People's government is stationed in heishuihe village.
