Xinfu street has jurisdiction over Minzu road in the East, Hanjiang estuary in the west, Shengping road in the South and Hanjiang River in the north. Covering an area of 0.57 square kilometers, it has eight neighborhood committees, namely Jinfeng, Fuxiang, Ronghua, Shoushan, Fu'an, Jinfu, Ronglong and Chaoan.
