Shangsanji Township, belonging to Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Pingshan County, bordering Niucheng and rural areas of Lingshou County in the East, Huangbizhuang Reservoir in the south, Lianghe Township in the west, Nandian town in the northwest and tashang town of Lingshou County in the north, with an administrative area of 42.57 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in three villages was 24843.
In 1949, shangsanji Township belonged to Nandian District of Pingshan County; in 1984, it was changed to shangsanji township. As of June 2020, shangsanji township has jurisdiction over 27 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in shangsanji village.
