Dajiahe township is located in the middle of Raohe County, 70 kilometers away from the county. It is adjacent to Xiaojiahe town in the East, Shanli Township in the west, yakeling farm in the south, Naoli River in the north and Hongwei farm across the river. The total area is 333.6 square kilometers, of which 7334 hectares are cultivated, accounting for 22% of the total area.
Construction division
In April 1984, dajiahe commune abolished the establishment of the township. In 1986, dajiahe Township had 12 administrative villages, including dajiahe, Dongsheng, Hedong, Qiantang, Fushan, Weihe, Hualin, Yongfa, Fuhe, Yongfu, Yongqian and Yongsheng. The township government was located in dajiahe village. In September 2001, the township administrative villages of the whole county were adjusted and merged into two administrative villages. Under the jurisdiction of dajiahe, Dongsheng, Qiantang, Fushan, Hualin, Yongfa, Fuhe, Yongfu, Yongqian and Yongsheng, there are 10 administrative villages and 12 natural villages. There is a Weishan forest farm and a livestock farm in the township.
In 1986, there were 1148 households and 4735 people in the township, including 4562 agricultural population. In 2004, there were 1189 households and 4283 people in the township, including 1105 agricultural households and 3996 agricultural population, 12.4% lower than in 1986. The population density was 12.8 people per square kilometer. There are six ethnic groups, including Han, Korean, Manchu, Hui, Mongolian and Hezhe. The Han nationality accounts for 98% of the total population. There are 426 people in 137 households.
Dajiahe township is a township mainly engaged in agricultural production, with a total area of 333.6 square kilometers. natural environment
Dajiahe township is located at the intersection of Naoli River and dajiaqi River, which is a semi hilly area. There are mainly mountains, hills, plains, swamps and other terrain. The rivers in the territory belong to Wusuli River system, Naoli River flows into Wusuli River from west to East, and dajiaqi river flows through the territory from southwest to northeast. Along Naoli River, there are many low wetlands and swamps, which are formed by long-term ponding.
Dajiahe township has 11000 hectares of forest land, accounting for 33% of the total area, and the forest coverage rate is 33%. The main trees are larch, Fraxinus mandshurica, poplar, birch, oak and Tilia. Honey plants mainly include Perilla frutescens, Tilia amurensis, etc., which is one of the main producing areas of black bee in Northeast China. The grassland area is 5000 hectares, accounting for 15% of the total area, and the carrying capacity can reach 30000. The natural fishing area is 300 hectares, and the aquaculture area is 100 hectares. There are more than 60 kinds of fish, such as carp and crucian carp. The land area is 7334 hectares. The soil is mainly forest brown soil, grassland Albic Soil and gley albic soil. The humus layer is thick, the structure is loose, and the foundation fertility is good.
economic construction
The economic construction of dajiahe township has developed rapidly, mainly in agriculture, and gradually developed to the construction of agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery and township enterprises. The township level revenue was 53000 yuan, the county level subsidy was 1.347 million yuan, a total of 1.4 million yuan, and the financial expenditure was 1.4 million yuan. The per capita net income was 2347 yuan, an increase of 274% over 1986. In 2005, the township had 820 sets of various types of agricultural machinery, including 35 large-scale agricultural machinery with a total power of 16000 kW.
In 2004, the total agricultural output value of the township reached 17.84 million yuan, including 14.27 million yuan of planting output value, 2.71 million yuan of animal husbandry output value, 10000 yuan of forestry output value, 70000 yuan of fishery output value and 780000 yuan of sideline output value.
In 2008, the total output of grain, soybean and potato was 28000 tons, the total output value of agriculture was 55 million yuan, the total output value of animal husbandry was 25.96 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 4510 yuan.
Agriculture
Agricultural production is mainly based on planting. The main food crops are soybean, rice, wheat and corn. The main economic crops are adzuki bean and white melon. In 1986, there were 2344 hectares of arable land and 2323 hectares of grain sown in the township, with a total yield of 4494 tons and an average yield of 129 kg per unit area. In 1989, the technology of dry cultivation and sparse planting of rice was popularized in the whole Township, and the yield of rice per mu increased by 100 kg. In 1989, 1500 mu of flue-cured tobacco was popularized, and in 1996, 5000 mu of corn production technology of double covering, big ridge and double row was popularized in the township. Due to the wrong varieties, poor production efficiency and low enthusiasm of farmers, it ended in 1997. In 1998, the reform was carried out, covering an area of 330 hectares. In 1999, taking advantage of the opportunity of Sanjiang development, 40 rice factory seedling raising greenhouses were built in Yongfa village, covering an area of 20000 square meters and 230 hectares of transplantable seedlings. The township has 4383 hectares of arable land, including 892 hectares of paddy fields and 3153 hectares of grain sown area. The average yield per unit area is 252 kg, and the total yield is 11902 tons, including 3431 tons of soybean, 204 tons of wheat, 6389 tons of rice, 1549 tons of corn, 798 tons of white melon seeds and 380 tons of vegetables.
Animal Husbandry
At the same time, black bee, cashmere goat, sika deer, fox, raccoon dog and other characteristic breeding development. In 1986, there were 600 cattle, 126 sheep, 952 pigs and 16562 birds in the township. In 1999, the township government formulated preferential policies, called for breeding cashmere goats, and introduced 1500 cashmere goats. By 2004, the number of cashmere goats in the township reached 5548. In 2003, in response to the call of the county Party committee, the township raised 20000 geese. In 2004, a sika deer breeding Park was established and 100 sika deer were purchased. By the end of 2004, there were 1816 cattle, 6415 sheep, 2518 pigs, 11936 birds, 4500 cases of northeast black bee, 118 sika deer, 6 bears and 1000 raccoon dogs. There are 113 specialized breeding households, including 17 cattle raising households, 30 sheep raising households, 25 pigs raising households, 3 poultry raising households, 36 black bee raising households and 2 Sika Deer raising households.
Township Enterprises
In 2004, there were 6 township enterprises of various types, with fixed assets of 2.34 million yuan, total output value of 9.96 million yuan, profits and taxes of 50000 yuan, profits of 160000 yuan, and 79 employees, mainly in wood processing industry, grain and oil processing industry, etc. At the end of 2004, there were 103 individual businesses with 185 employees.
attract investment
In 2008, 9.4 million yuan was invested in the township, accounting for 110% of the annual task. Township enterprises achieved 48.6 million yuan in operating income and 11.54 million yuan in added value. The number of five small enterprises in the township increased to 67, with an annual income of 2.6 million yuan. All 10 villages in the township are equipped with cable TV broadcasting facilities, and the rate of cable TV entering households reaches 95%, and 10 sets of TV programs can be received and seen. Nine villages have tap water, with a household rate of 90%. Six villages have 836 program-controlled telephones, with a household rate of 70%. Mobile phones have been popularized. In 2004, the County Transportation Bureau invested 1 million yuan to build 610 meters of cement road in Fuhe village. Seven villages in the township have offices, cultural activity rooms and basketball courts. The township holds more than 10 cultural activities every year, and each village carries out more than 20 sports activities in festivals and leisure seasons. The housing conditions in the township have been continuously improved, and the brick and tile rate reached 35% in 2004.
With the continuous development of health services, the medical level has been improved. In 1997, the township government invested 220000 yuan to rebuild the township health center, purchase medical equipment and improve medical conditions. By 2005, the township has one health center and 10 village level health centers, with 12 beds and 5 doctors. The family planning rate is 100%, and the natural population growth rate is 7 ‰.
Investment in education has increased year by year. In 1999, an investment of 80000 yuan was made to set up a computer room in primary schools. In 2002, the government invested 600000 yuan in the reconstruction of Township Central Primary Schools and implemented centralized school running. In 2005, there was one middle school and one primary school in the township, with 42 teachers and 430 students. There are three kindergartens, and the enrollment rate of school-age children is 100%.
Before 1999, there were six public institutions in the township, including economic management station, agricultural machinery station, animal husbandry station, water conservancy station, agricultural technology extension station, and family planning service station. In 2000, the Township Reform merged all stations, offices, and institutes, and established three units, namely, agricultural comprehensive Service Center, rural economic management center, and family planning service center There are five staff members.
New rural construction
