Located in the north of Zhengding County, Hebei Province, Xiping Lexiang is adjacent to xinchengpu town in the East, Nanniu town in the southeast, Xin'an town in the south, Nanlou town in the West and Dongyang village in matoupu town in Xinle City in the north, with an administrative area of 25.12 square kilometers. In 1956, Xiping Yuexiang was established; in 1961, Xiping Yuexiang commune was established; on January 16, 1984, Xiping Yuexiang was restored. As of June 2020, xipingle township has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in xipingle village.
