Yangpao Manchu Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Hunchun City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, is located in the southeast of Hunchun City, bordering HADAMEN Township in the East, bordering Hasan District, Russia's coastal border area, bordered by the watershed of hunchunling mountains in the southeast. The Sino Russian border line is 19.3km long, connected with machuanzi Township in the west, Hunchun River in the north and HADAMEN Township across the river, with an administrative area of 226.75km2 Rice.

History of construction
In the early Zhou Dynasty, it was su Shen.
In Han Dynasty, it belonged to yilou.
In the second year of Tang Dynasty (713), it belongs to Baiyang County, Qingzhou, Longyuan Prefecture, Bohai State.
In the Liao and Jin Dynasties, it belonged to the wugulun tribe of Nuzhen, and now it was set up in Nanshan, the Manchu Township of yangpao.
During the yuan and Ming Dynasties, it was the residence of the Fucha tribe of Nuzhen and the niuhute family (surnamed Lang), belonging to the city of Saqi.

In 1931, Chongli township was changed into two districts with three small townships: Deli, Dehou and Deming.
