Nagin town

Najin Town, belonging to Taonan City, Baicheng City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of Taonan City, bordering Wafang town in the East, YEMA Township in the south, Dongsheng township in the West and silifen Township in KEYOUQIAN banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the north, with an administrative area of 260.03 square kilometers.

Thirty years (1904), the Emperor Guangxu government was in the Taonan area. In 1983, the commune changed to the countryside. In 1992, the township changed to a town. History of construction

Qing Guangxu 30 years (1904), belong to Taonan house Kan'an society.

In 1909, the first year of Xuantong in Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the third district of Taonan Prefecture.

In 1913, it belonged to BEIXIANG, Taonan county.

In 1925, Taian and Xinglong villages were established, belonging to the Fifth District.

In 1933, Xinglong Village was established, belonging to the Sixth District of Taonan county.

In 1935, Xinglong fort was set up.

In 1946, it belonged to Yong'an District of Taobei county.

In August 1948, Najin district was set up, which was separated from Yong'an district. In September of the same year, it belonged to tao'an county (Baicheng county).

In 1950, it was changed into 14 districts, belonging to Baicheng county.

In 1955, it was changed to Nagin district.

In 1956, the district was withdrawn and divided into four townships: Najin, Beining, Liren and Xinfa.

In 1958, the three townships of Beining, Liren and Xinfa merged into Najin Township, and in October of the same year, they were assigned to tao'an county.

In 1959, Najin commune was established.

In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township.
