Luancheng, belonging to Luancheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Luancheng District, bordering Liulintun Township in the East, Nangao Township in the south, Xiying Township in the southwest, douru town in the West and Yehe town in the north, with an administrative area of 51.72 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, it was established in chengshe; in April 1985, it was renamed Luancheng; in 1996, Nie Jiazhuang and Ma Jiazhuang were merged. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Luan town was 77628. As of June 2020, Luancheng has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 47 administrative villages.

History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it was set up in chengshe.
In 1958, Dongfeng commune (later renamed Luancheng commune) was established.
In 1984, Chengguan town was established.
