Yi'an Town, belonging to Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Luquan District, bordering on Lichun town and Huangbizhuang town of Luquan District in the East, Shijing Township in the south, Jingxing county and Pingshan County in the west, and Lingshou County across Huangbizhuang Reservoir in the north, with an administrative area of 69.97 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 30389 households in the town of Yi An had registered residence.

In 1948, Yi'an town was located in the Second District of Huolu county. In February 1991, Yi'an town was set up after the township was withdrawn. In 1996, Mashan township was incorporated.
