Fumin Town, belonging to Huinan County, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the southeast of Huinan County. In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), it was called Toad River administrative region, belonging to Haisui society. In 1917, it was changed to Fumin Village. In 1919, Fumin town was changed. In 1923, it was changed to huisui society. In 1932, it was changed to Fumin Street. In 1939, Fumin Village was changed.
