History of construction
In the early Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Shengjing paddock. In the first year of Xuantong of Qing Dynasty (1909), it belonged to Huinan Zhili hall and set up hailongjia society. In 1910, hailongjia society changed its name to huinanjia society.
In 1932, it was located in Chengxiang street, Huinan. In 1936, Huinan street was set up. In November 1945, Huinan district was changed. In March 1947, a district was set up in Huinan.
