Gaoling Town, belonging to Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Suizhong County, bordering Wangbao town and Qianwei town in the East and northeast, Bohai Sea in the south, qiansuo town in the west, and yonganbao Township in the northwest, with an administrative area of 132.52 square kilometers.
In 1931, Gaoling town belonged to Xinglong Village and Hejia village of Suizhong County; in 1984, it was changed into Gaoling town; in 1992, Gaoling economic development zone was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 26524. As of June 2020, Gaoling town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Gaoling town is stationed in Gaoling village.
