Yuebei town

Yuebei Town, belonging to Chuanying District, Jilin City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Chuanying district. It borders Jiuzhan street and gudianzi town of Changyi District in the East and North, Huanxi Township in the South and huapichang town of Yongji County in the West. It is 2.5 km away from the people's Government of Chuanying District, with an area of 39.1 square kilometers.

In 1948, Yuebei town belonged to Xinglong district; in 1999, it was changed from Shahezi town to Yuebei town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Beizhen was 18590. As of June 2020, Yuebei town has two communities and four administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at 68 Heping Road.

Yuebei town is located in the north of Yueshan Road, hence its name.

In 1948, it belonged to Xinglong district.
