History of construction
In Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Wula Department of Hulun Nuzhen.
In the seventh year of Shunzhi (1650) of the Qing Dynasty, a large family with the surname of Tong in Zhengbai banner of the Manchu nationality came here to reclaim land and occupy grass. In the eighth year of Yongzheng reign (1730), another Han family came here to settle down, and the village gradually formed. In the late Qing Dynasty, the territory was under the jurisdiction of general Jilin.
In the Republic of China, it was the Second District of Jilin county.
After liberation in 1949, the government of Sheling District of Jiutai county was established.
