Helong town
Helong Town, belonging to Kuancheng District of Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Kuancheng district and the hinterland of Songnen Plain. It faces Misha town across Yitong River in the East, Lanjia town and Hexin town in Luyuan District in the south, Shaoguo town and Longwang Town in Nong'an County across Xinkai River in the west, and Kai'an town in Nong'an County in the north, covering an area of 198 square kilometers.
In the fifth year of Jiaqing (1800) of the Qing Dynasty, Helong town belonged to shangjiujia of Hengyu Township, Changchun hall; in April 1984, Helong township was divided into xiaohelong Township and Helong town; in October of the same year, xiaohelong township was merged into Helong town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Helong town was 66727. As of June 2020, Helong town has one community and 20 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Helong street.

History of construction
In the fifth year of Jiaqing (1800), it belonged to the top nine of Hengyu Township in Changchun. Qing Daoguang three years (1823), belongs to Taihe Town.
In 1914, it belonged to three districts. In 1931, helongbao was set up and later changed to Helong village. In 1945, he long township was changed. In May 1948, it belonged to 14 districts of Changnong county. In June 1949, it was the 17th District of Changchun county.
In January 1953, it belonged to Helong District of Changchun City; on December 18 of the same year, it belonged to the 14th District of Nong'an county.
In August 1955, it belongs to Helong district.
In March 1956, it belongs to Kai'an district.
In September 1958, it was changed into Helong commune.
In April 1983, it was changed from Helong commune to Helong township.
In April 1984, Helong township was divided into xiaohelong Township and Helong town; in October of the same year, xiaohelong township was merged into Helong town.
In 2005, it was assigned to Kuancheng District of Changchun City.
