Maojiadian town

Maojiadian Town, belonging to Changtu County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Changtu County, adjacent to XIAERTAIZI town in the East, Shuangmiaozi town in the south, Chaoyang town in the West and Siping City in Jilin Province in the north, with an administrative area of 186.3 square kilometers.

In 1945, two townships of fengniushao and henggouzi were the eighth District of Changbei County; in 1992, two townships of fengniushao and henggouzi were merged into Maojiadian town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Mao Jia Dian town was 38249. As of June 2020, Maojiadian town has 3 communities and 20 administrative villages.

In 2011, the total revenue of Maojiadian town was 300 million yuan, an increase of 34.2% over the previous year. History of construction

In 1945, two townships of fengniushao and henggouzi were the eighth District of Changbei county.

In 1954, two townships were established.

In 1958, the township changed into a commune.

In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township, and the villages of fengniushao and henggouzi were reconstructed.

In 1992, fengniushao and henggouzi were merged into Maojiadian town.
