Heping community, Chengguan Town, Lixin County, Anhui Province, is located in the north east of the county, bordering Dawangzhuang in the East, Zhonggou in the west, Xiangyang Road in the South and Guoqiang road in the north. It covers an area of 1.3 square kilometers and consists of Heping, Huangzhuang, Shengli, Hebin and wangxiaozhai. There are 6 units under the jurisdiction, with a permanent population of 6454. According to the actual situation of the jurisdiction, it is divided into 5 responsibility areas, with 6 dedicated staff and 9 community information officers. In June 2009, the county government approved the original Chengguan Town East neighborhood committee to be changed into a peace community. The community branch now has 33 party members.
