History of construction
In the 26th year of Guangxu reign of Qing Dynasty (1900), there were two villages, belonging to Dalai and Anguang counties.
In 1958, Dalai county and Anguang county were merged into Da'an County, and later Hongxing commune was established with two management areas.
In 1961, two sub communes were established.
