Cangtu Township, belonging to Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, borders shijiazi town in the East, Daba town across badaohezi town in the west, Xinlitun town in Heishan County, Jinzhou City in the South and Laohe Tu Township in the north. In 1948, cangtu was liberated and divided into the seventh and eighth districts of Fuxin County. In 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was built.
