Red hat town
Red hat Town, subordinate to Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, with an administrative area of 172 square kilometers.
In 1961, red hat commune was set up from patriotic commune. In 1984, the township was rebuilt. In July 2011, the township was transformed into a town. By the end of 2018, the population of red hat town registered residence was 13832. As of June 2020, red hat town has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in red hat village.
By the end of 2018, there were four industrial enterprises in red hat town and three supermarkets or comprehensive stores with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
During the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty, the village was built, and later it was the residence of the eighth camp of the Western empress dowager.
During the Japanese puppet period, it belonged to tumed Left Banner.
During the war of liberation, it was a guerrilla area and later belonged to beifuyi county.
In 1949, it was divided into the second district and the twelfth District of Fuxin County.
In 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was built.
In 1958, red hat township was set up in the township, and later it was a patriotic commune.
In 1961, red hat commune was set up from patriotic commune.
