Daguben town

Daguben Town, subordinate to Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, is located 45 kilometers east of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County. It covers an area of 155.48 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of 24439 people in Da Gu Ben town.

Daguben town has a flat terrain, high in the northwest and low in the southeast. There are only 15 mountains, which belong to plain towns. The two mountains in the north of Baode village are the highest in the territory, with an altitude of 193 meters to 200.6 meters.

The main natural disasters in Daguben town are flood and tornado. On July 17, 1917, Raoyang River overflowed and a large area of farmland was flooded. In July of 1946, the house collapsed due to flood, and the grain harvest failed. On the afternoon of July 12, 1957, a rare tornado hit the Central Primary School of Daguben town. The tornado lasted three minutes and caused heavy losses on the campus. On August 30, 1964, there was a rainstorm, with rainfall of more than 100 mm.
