Liangtun town
Liangtun Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Gaizhou City, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Gaizhou City, adjacent to Wolongquan town in the East, Wanfu town in the southeast and south, xiaoshipeng town in the West and northwest, and Nuanquan town in the north, with an administrative area of 219.39 square kilometers.
In October 1945, Liangtun district government was established; on November 19, 2001, wangxingren Township and Liangtun town were merged into Liangtun town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Liang Tun Town was 28701. As of June 2020, Liangtun town has nine administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Liangtun town was 4.45 million yuan, an increase of 3% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 180000 yuan, an increase of 4% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 7200 yuan. In 2018, Liangtun town had 28 industrial enterprises and 29 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In October 1945, Liangtun district government was established.
In August 1947, Liangtun district was established.
In May 1949, Liangtun district was restored, belonging to GAIPING county.
In March 1956, Liangtun district was merged into Wanfu district. Three townships, suntun, Liangtun and Fuyu, were set up in Liangtun.
In June 1958, the whole county was withdrawn from the district and merged into the township, Fuyu Township and suntun Township were merged into Liangtun Township, and banla temple was assigned to wangxingren township; on October 1 of the same year, GAIPING County commune was established.
In March 1959, GAIPING County commune was abolished, and Liangtun brigade was changed into commune. The original management area remained unchanged, and the subordinate operation area was changed into production brigade.
In May 1961, wangxingren and xiaoshipeng communes were set up from Liangtun commune.
In the autumn of 1978, four production teams, Guobei, Guoxi and xubaozi, of the Dongsheng hetiantun brigade of the jiupanling brigade, merged to form Dongsheng forest farm.
In 1983, Liangtun commune was abolished and Liangtun township was established.
In 1999, Liangtun township was abolished and Liangtun town was established.
On November 19, 2001, wangxingren Township and Liangtun town were merged into Liangtun town.

By the end of 2011, Liangtun town had nine administrative villages: Mianyan, wangxingren, Taipingshan, Yangcun, Zhucun, Liangtun, Yuejin, suntun and tiantun, with 128 villager groups.
As of June 2020, Liangtun town has nine administrative villages: Liangtun village, Yang village, Zhu Village, Yuejin Village, tiantun village, suntun village, Mianyan village, wangxingren village and Taipingshan village. The town people's government is stationed in Liangtun village.

Yuejin river flows through Liangtun and Yuejin Village; mengsun Li River flows through suntun and Liangtun village; tiantun river flows through tiantun and Liangtun village. The total length of the river is 125 km.
