Sanhe Town belongs to Hongze District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province. It is located in the south of Hongze District, adjacent to Ninglian first-class highway in the East, Huaihe River Channel in the south, Hongze Lake dike in the West and dongshuanggou town in the north. Ninglian Expressway passes through the town, and there is an interchange in the town. It has a population of 45479 (2017) and an area of 68.25 square kilometers (2017).

In December 2019, Sanhe Town was selected as "civilized town of Jiangsu Province in 2016-2018".
