Baichangmen Town, belonging to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Heishan County, adjacent to Badaohao town in the East, Beizhen town in the south, Beizhen city in the west, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in the northwest, Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in the north, and Badaohao town in the northeast, with an administrative area of 94.26 square kilometers.
Before the Qing Dynasty, baichangmen town belonged to Heishan County; in January 2006, it was renamed baichangmen town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Bai town was 15995. As of June 2020, baichangmen town has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the people's Government of baichangmen town is located at 58 Xingfu road.

History of construction
Before the Qing Dynasty, baichangmen town belonged to Heishan County.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to baichangmen District of Heishan County.
On January 2, 1948, Heishan was liberated, belonging to the Fourth District of Heishan County.
In April 1955, it belonged to the Fourth District People's Committee of Heishan County People's Committee.
In April 1958, baichangmen commune belonged to the people's Committee of Heishan County.
In October 1958, it was renamed lubaoshan commune.
In March 1983, it was changed into baichangmen town.
In July 1984, it was renamed baichangmen Manchu town.
In January 2006, it was renamed baichangmen town.
