Bianmen town
Bianmen Town, belonging to Fengcheng City, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Fengcheng City. It is connected with Tangshan town and Dongtang town of Zhen'an District in the East, Changan Town and Hongqi Town of Donggang City in the south, Hongqi Town and Baiqi town in the West and Fengshan street in the North, with an administrative area of 400.36 square kilometers.
In 1904, the Japanese army built the Anfeng railway and set up the gaolimen station in Fenghuang Bianmen. In August 1985, they set up Bianmen town by withdrawing villages and towns. In March 2002, they merged with Yulong town to set up Bianmen town. By the end of 2018, the population of the registered residence in the town of 26685 had been registered. As of June 2020, Bianmen town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at 132 Xingmin road.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Bianmen town was 61.698 million yuan. The per capita financial income is 2280 yuan. The per capita net income of farmers is 8288 yuan. In 2018, there were 59 industrial enterprises in Bianmen Town, including 2 large-scale enterprises and 67 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1904, the Japanese army built the Anfeng railway and set up the gaolimen station at the Fenghuang side gate.
In 1919, fengbianmen village was established.
In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), the puppet Manchuria state established gaolimen Village (township level system) in Fengcheng county.
In October 1945, the CPC Fengcheng County Committee established Bianmen District, which belongs to Fengcheng county.
In October 1946, the KMT established the town of gaolimen.
In June 1947, the Northeast Democratic Alliance Army restored the border area.
In 1956, the district was merged and set up Bianmen township.
In September 1958, Bianmen Township and Tangshan town were abolished and Zhaoming commune was established.
In July 1961, Bianmen commune was established based on the original administrative division of Bianmen township.
In 1976, Na family, Han family and Xie family were assigned to Yangmu commune.
In 1981, Lijiagou production team was separated from Zhangjia production team.
In September 1983, Bianmen commune was abolished and Bianmen township was established.
In August 1985, the township was set up as Bianmen town.
In March 2002, it merged with Yulong town to establish Bianmen town.

As of June 2020, Bianmen town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages: Bianmen village, Hejia village, Bujia village, Mingliang village, Renhe Village, Jianshe village, Dadong village, Tanghe village, kouzili village, Xinhua Village, Dongshan village, Jinjia village, Jianshe village, Najia village, Aojia village and Xiejia village. The town people's government is stationed at 132 Xingmin road.
