Huiyuan Township
Huiyuan township is located in the north of Shuncheng District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province. It borders Hebei Township in the East, Hebei Township in the south, Gaowan farm and Hebei Township in the west, and Hengdaohezi Township in Tieling City in the north. It covers an area of 105 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 15768 people had registered residence in Huiyuan.
On October 31, 1948, after the liberation of Fushun, it was assigned to Fuxi district. In November 1957, it was restored to the suburb of Fushun City. In 1978, it was transferred to the suburb of Fushun. In 1983, Huiyuan government changed to Huiyuan township. As of June 2020, Huiyuan township has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Huiyuan village.
In 2018, Huiyuan Township had 301 industrial enterprises, including 4 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 44 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), the golden Township Office was established, including the present villages of Fangxiao, Ditai, Huangqi, Shangsi and Huiyuan in Hebei.
On October 31, 1948, after the liberation of Fushun, it was assigned to Fuxi district.
In February 1956, Jianxiang was under the jurisdiction of Huangjin, Jinhua and Xing'an.
In August 1956, the three townships were assigned to Tieling County, Tieling City.
In November 1957, it was restored to the suburb of Fushun City.
In 1958, Dongfeng commune was established, and the villages of Huiyuan Township were assigned to Dongfeng commune.
In April 1961, Huiyuan commune was established by dividing 15 production teams from the former Hebei (Dongfeng) commune. The commune is located in Huiyuan village, Fushun County.
In 1978, it was transferred to the suburb of Fushun.
In 1983, Huiyuan government changed to Huiyuan township.

On April 24, 1984, there were four villages in Huiyuan Township, namely Huangqi, sijiazi, Fangshen and hamahui, which were designated as Huangqi township. So far, there are 18 administrative villages in Huiyuan township.
By the end of 2011, Huiyuan Township had nine villagers' committees, including Huiyuan, Majin, Xing'an, zhuantai, Jinhua, Majian, Sandao, Huangjin and Kangle, with 48 villagers' groups.
As of June 2020, Huiyuan township has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Huiyuan village.

The annual average temperature is 7.6 ℃, the average temperature in January is - 13.2 ℃, the extreme minimum temperature is - 35.2 ℃, the average temperature in July is 23.7 ℃, and the extreme maximum temperature is 35.8 ℃. Rivers in Huiyuan Township belong to Hunhe River system, mainly including Huiyuan River and upper Yellow River. Huiyuan river originates from shangzhuan village, flows through xiazhuan, Shihui, Huiyuan, Xing'an and Majin villages, flows into Fuxi River and Hun River, with a total length of 23 km; upper Yellow River originates from Majian village, flows through Jinhua, luanni, Shanghuang and xiahuang villages, flows into Shangsi reservoir, and then flows into Hun River through Liandao River, with a total length of 25 km.
