Mopan Street
Mopan street, belonging to Pulandian District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Pulandian district. It is bounded by Biliu River in the East and North, and faces Zhuanghe City across the river. It is adjacent to Chengzitan street in the south, Xingtai street in the west, and Shuangta street in the North and northwest. The maximum distance between East and West is 11km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 16km, with a total area of 118.9km2.
In October 1958, it became a commune. In March 1983, Mopan township was restored. On July 31, 2017, the township was removed and the street was set up. At the end of 2011, the total population of Mopan sub district was 22661. As of June 2020, Mopan street has jurisdiction over 5 communities and 4 administrative villages, and its sub district office is located at No. 1, Zhengxing road.

Historical evolution
In December 1945, the ink tray was divided into three parts.
In February 1946, it was renamed Shuangta district.
At the end of 1947, Mopan district was established.
At the end of 1949, it was divided into Shuangta District, Shiling and courtyard into Chengzitan, TASI and Yongning into Shuangta.
In March 1956, Mopan was separated from Shuangta district and established Mopan, wangshantou, wasteland and Taiping four townships; in August of the same year, Mopan and Taiping two townships were merged, belonging to Biliuhe district.
In March 1958, the two townships were merged into Mopan township; in October of the same year, the commune was transformed into one, the township system was abolished, and Mopan was subordinate to Shuangta commune.
In April 1961, Shuangta commune was designated as Mopan commune.
In the spring of 1964, the original Jinshan commune was abolished, and Shiling and courtyard were put under the management of Mopan commune.
In February 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of the commune was established.
In February 1980, the Revolutionary Committee of the commune was changed into the Management Committee of the commune.
In March 1983, Mopan township was restored.
In April 2001, Qinjia village and yutun village merged into yutun village, and wangshantou village and Matun village merged into wangshantou village.
In June 2004, Dayuan village and Heyan village were merged into Heyan village.
On July 31, 2017, the township was removed and the street was set up.
