Baojiatun town
Baojiatun Town, belonging to Faku County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Faku County, bordering on woliushi Township in the East, xiushuihezi town in the southeast, yemaotai town in the southwest, Weizigou Township and dashijiazi Township in Zhangwu County, Fuxin City, with an administrative area of 175 square kilometers.
Baojiatun town used to belong to Inner Mongolia kezuoqian banner; in 2012, baojiatun township was abolished and baojiatun town was established. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Bao Jia Tun Town was 26860. As of June 2020, baojiatun town has jurisdiction over 15 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in baojiatun village.
In 2011, the total revenue of baojiatun town was 18.95 million yuan, an increase of 19% over the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax is 3.5 million yuan, value-added tax is 11.16 million yuan, and enterprise income tax is 1.82 million yuan. In 2018, there were 26 industrial enterprises in baojiatun Town, including one above scale and 98 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Baojiatun town used to belong to Inner Mongolia kezuoqian banner.
In April 1949, kezuoqian banner was divided into 33 villages and the seventh district of Faku County was established. Baojiatun village was the seat of the district government.
In 1959, it was renamed baojiatun commune.
In 1984, baojiatun commune was transformed into baojiatun township.
In 2012, baojiatun township was abolished and baojiatun town was established.
